I exclusively use Time To Pet, a pet care technology designed for small pet care companies. This platform provides valuable tools that enhance my services, including secure payment processing, calendar management, visit tracking, picture & video uploads, detailed report cards, and access to client communication. By booking through Time To Pet, you can enjoy a streamlined experience while ensuring your pet’s care is managed efficiently. At this time, booking outside of the platform is not an option, as it allows me to maintain the highest standards of service and safety for you and your pet.

All new client meet & greets will be conducted exclusively on Mondays, with full-day availability in scheduling from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST.

Meet & greets are free of charge, last approximately 15-20 minutes, and must be scheduled in advance.

If you’re a new client looking to schedule a meet & greet, please plan accordingly for Meet & Greet Mondays. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) at a time that ensures the best possible experience for everyone involved.

Virtual meet & greets can also be arranged.

I follow my own proprietary checklist during each visit to ensure your home and pets are safe. This includes making sure all doors are locked, counters are wiped, and there are no visible dangers on the floors that could harm your pets. I also check for any concerns related to your pets or home and will promptly communicate anything that needs your attention. Your peace of mind is my priority!

I offer complimentary concierge services to make your time away stress-free. I’m happy to take out your trash and recyclables, collect your mail and packages, and handle yard poop clean-up—all free of charge. Just let me know if you’d like to add these services or if there’s anything else I can do to make your life easier!

We prioritize secure and convenient key handling to ensure seamless pet care services. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we have established the following policy for key pickups and drop-offs:

Meet & Greet or Scheduled Services:If a key is provided or returned during an initial meet & greet or at the start or conclusion of a booked service, there is no additional charge.

Separate Key Pickup or Drop-Off: If a key needs to be picked up or dropped off outside of a meet & greet or a scheduled service visit, there will be a $20 fee per trip to account for the additional time and travel.

For ongoing services, we recommend providing a secure lockbox or arranging for key storage to streamline future visits.
