FAQs

  • Are meet & greets required before booking?

Meet & greets are highly recommended as they allow both pet parents and pets to become comfortable with me and ensure a smooth experience. However, I understand that life can be unpredictable, so in-a-pinch, a meet & greet is not required.

  • Should I tip for services?

Tipping is not obligatory, but it is genuinely appreciated. If you choose to tip, please know that 100% of tips processed and received via Time To Pet go directly to me, supporting the dedication and care I put into each service.

  • Do you have experience with various types of pets?

Absolutely! I have worked with dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. This experience allows me to adapt to your pet’s specific needs and provide the highest level of care.

  • Do you have experience administering medication for dogs and cats?

Yes, I have extensive experience with administering medication for both dogs and cats. This includes oral medication as well as injectables. Your pet’s health and comfort are my top priorities, and I am confident in handling their medical needs safely and effectively.

  • How are client keys secured?

Client safety is my top priority, and secure key management is a crucial part of that. I use a dedicated, locked key box to store client keys, ensuring they are never left in an unsecured location. Each key is carefully labeled in a way that protects client privacy, and I follow strict protocols for handling and returning them. This system adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind, so pet parents know their home and pets are in safe hands.

  • Do you offer overnight pet/house sitting?

No, I do not offer overnight (in client’s home) pet/house sitting. However, I provide up to four drop-in visits per day, starting as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 10:00 PM. This allows for comprehensive care while you’re away, ensuring your pet maintains their normal routine. Many of my clients use this service for vacations and business trips, as it provides frequent check-ins, feeding, exercise, and companionship without the need for boarding or an overnight sitter.

  • What are your hours of operation?

I offer pet care services seven days a week, including holidays, with my earliest booking available at 6:30 AM and my latest at 10:00 PM EST. My availability is always up to date on my booking platform, Time To Pet, so you can check for open time slots and schedule services accordingly. If I have scheduled time off, it will be reflected there.

  • Do you clean up pet waste in the yard?

Yes! I weirdly enjoy poop clean-up and offer this service free of charge for my drop-in doggie clients. If your pup does their business in the yard during our visit, I’ll make sure it’s cleaned up so you come home to a tidier outdoor space. It’s just one of the little extras I provide to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for both you and your pet.

  • Do you do this full time?

Yes, Sniffari Strolls is my primary focus, where I dedicate my time and energy to providing exceptional pet care. However, I also do HR consulting on a fractional basis for various companies. This balance allows me to follow my passion for pets while staying connected to my professional expertise.
